He is survived by his significant other Gillian Johnston, his children Sandra and Christopher, his grandchildren Christian, Danielle, Ryan, River and Autumn, and his sisters Katie and Martha. He was predeceased by his wife Carole and his parents Douglas and Alice Lofft. Memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Sunnybrook Foundation Research Department, or a charity of the donor’s choice in lieu of flowers.
