Ernest Harry Brown

The family announces the passing of Ernest Harry Brown of Wasaga Beach, Ontario, on September 28, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on May 18, 1942, Ernest shared many meaningful moments and relationships throughout his life. He was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn, and his siblings: Allen, Karen, Valarie, Ronald (Alice), Joan, and Nelson, as well as his siblings-in-law, Allan (Jean), Gloria (late Rick), and David (late Ilona). Ernest is survived by his children, John, Valerie, Ernest, and LeRoy (Shannon); his grandchildren, Robbie, James (Katie), Rebecca, Jeffery, Amanda, John (late Amanda), and Anthony; his great-grandchildren, Brianna, Merissa, Mia, Landon, and Warren; and his sister, Beth. A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel. Donations to the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation for Campbell House would be appreciated by the family.
