Dilys Jones

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Dilys Jones of Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Dilys was born on February 17, 1934, and she passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 92. She is survived by her beloved husband, Roy Jones; her children, Lyndon Jones (Lana) and Janet Woodcock (Scott); her grandchildren, Derek, David, Cheryl, Nathan, Katrina, Taylor, Laura, and Michelle; and her great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Leah, Maverick, Jameson, Cameron, Wesley, Grace, Riley, and Mason. Dilys was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home, located at 509 River Rd W, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z2X2. A memorial service will follow from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. Donations may be made to the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation in her memory.
