Alexander "Alex" Wood BOYTER

Alexander 'Alex' Wood Boyter passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 90. Born in Pittenweem, Scotland, on October 3, 1935, he was the youngest of seven children born to David and Jean Boyter. Alex was a veteran of the British Army, serving during the Korean War before immigrating to Canada in November 1966. He was a long-time employee of Labatt's Brewery and a devoted family man. Alex is survived by his wife, Lois; children, Wendy, Tom, and Janette; grandchildren, Bhrett, Dominic, Tylar, Rileigh, Berlynn, Halcyon, and Liam; and companion, Benny. He will be greatly missed. Friends are invited to join the family at Carruthers & Davidson - Wasaga Beach Chapel on February 21, 2026, for a memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wasaga Beach Community Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
