Guy Macri

Guy Macri passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 84, surrounded by family at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Born on January 16, 1942, in Kitchener to George and Mary Macri, Guy dedicated his life to teaching, spending 35 years shaping young minds in the Hamilton community. He is survived by his sister Rosemary, sisters-in-law Angela and Mary, and many nieces and nephews. Guy was predeceased by his parents, siblings Theresa, James, and Tony, and his beloved companion Cassius. He will be remembered for his passion for creativity, knowledge, and community, as well as his love for opera and theatre.
