Gerald Robert Goertz

Gerald Robert Goertz passed away at home on April 23, 2026, at the age of 79. He was the husband of Vivien, father of Rebecca (deceased), Isaac Goertz, and Laurel Goertz, and grandfather of Melanie, Zachary, and Nicki Goertz. Gerald was predeceased by his siblings, Violet (Peter) Kliewer, Orlando (Vera) Goertz, Lillian (Frank) Loewen, Wilf Goertz, and Lenora (Werner) Berkau. He is survived by his siblings, Ken (Adeline) Goertz and Rosalie (John) Fournier. A funeral service will take place at Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St. Vineland, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. A reception will follow the service. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee or The Owl Foundation.
