Betty Jean ERICKSON

Betty Jean Erickson passed away peacefully at St Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the age of 88. Born in Grimsby on December 7, 1937, to Glenn and Phyllis, she was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Day (Eric) and Lisa (Milan) Klinger, grandchildren Craig (Laura), Kevin and Jessica (Jesse), and great-grandchildren Sophia, Eleanor, Julliette, Nathan and Josie. She is also survived by her sister, Margaret Ann Lee, and her boys. Betty was predeceased by her parents, Glenn and Phyllis Gilmore, her husband Eric Carl Erickson, and her son Carl Erickson. Visitation will take place at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 6-8 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held on Friday at Queen's Lawn Cemetery in Grimsby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the recreation activities at Deer Park Villa.
