Salvatore Zavaglia

Salvatore Zavaglia, born on November 15, 1931, passed away on June 13, 2026, at the age of 94. He was predeceased by his parents, Giuseppe Zavaglia and Anna Maria Zavaglia. Salvatore is survived by his siblings, Rocco, Cosimo and his wife Amelia, Francesco, and Rosalia and her husband Cosimo; his children, Joe and his wife Joana, Alida and her husband Fernando, Anna Maria, and Gina and her husband Steve; his grandchildren, Matthew and his wife Tiffany, Paul and his wife Rebecca, Laura and her husband Kyle, Chiara, Isabella and her husband Benjamin, Anthony and his wife Jillian, Rachel, and Samantha; and his brothers, Nicodemo and his wife Paulmina, Vincenzo, and Domenico and his wife Ida. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. Visitation was held at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel. A funeral Mass was held at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Salvatore may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
