Jesse Paul Christie

Jesse Paul Christie, a resident of Vaughan, Ontario, passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 40. Born on September 5, 1986, Jesse is predeceased by his father, Kelly Christie. He is survived by his mother, Laurie Fortnum; his siblings, Dylan Christie and Sarah MacLeod; his brother-in-law, Tyler MacLeod; his nephew, Fionn MacLeod; and his grandparents, Jerry and Sonia Fortnum, Douglas and Marie Christie. Additionally, he is remembered by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home, located at 445 St Vincent St, Barrie, ON L4M6T5. A funeral service will follow on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location, with a reception to be held from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jesse's name to the Canadian Mental Health Association York Region South Simcoe branch.
