Franco Salerno of Vaughan, Ontario, passed away on May 19, 2026, at the age of 56. He is survived by his wife Dina, daughters Cristina and her husband Matthew Poropat, and Elisa and her husband Francesco Colella, his mother Rose, his brother Johnny and his wife Stacey, and his father Emilio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in honour of Frankie's Fight.
