Eva Peters

Eva Peters of Vaughan, Ontario, was born on September 30, 1926, and died on August 8, 2026, at the age of 99. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Caroline Meisner, and her son Douglas. Survivors include her husband Bill Peters, who lives with Parkinson's disease, her children Joseph, Victoria, William, Robert and Scott, her grandchildren Christian, Jessica, Timothy, Colin, David, Paolo, Anthony, Kevin, Bryan, Craig, Robert, Martine, Rebecca, Duncan and Kyle, and her great‑grandchildren Sydney, Gavin, Remy, Paul, Jace, Maisie, Elaina, Elizabeth, Nathan, Eva, Mark, James, Hudson and Donovan. A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Kane‑Jerrett Funeral Homes, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, Ontario. The family requests donations to the Mackenzie Health Foundation or Parkinson Canada in lieu of flowers.
