Amelia Alati

Amelia Alati of Vaughan, Ontario, passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband Giovanni; her children Daniela (married to Charlie Cuddemi) and Jim (married to Tanya Curé); her grandchildren Julia, Mia, John Paul, Charlotte, Eloise and Amelia; her siblings Aldo (married to Josephine), Maria and Rick (married to Norris); and her siblings‑in‑law Mary, Mario Alati and Frank Roselen. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel, 8101 Weston Road, Woodbridge, ON L4L 1A6. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 150 St. Francis Avenue, Vaughan, ON L4H 2A2. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the SickKids Foundation or the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
