Alice Stoyanovich

Alice Stoyanovich of Vaughan, Ontario, passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 96. She is predeceased by her husband, George Stoyanovich, her parents, George and Margit Gundersen, and her siblings, Ella Vollebekk (Roy), Walter Gundersen, Evelyn Hough, and Astrid McCarthy (John). Alice is survived by her children, Louise Salisbury (Bob), Douglas Stoyanovich (Maureen Simonelli), and Carol Stoyanovich (Stephen Baksi), as well as her grandchildren, Michael Salisbury, Steve Salisbury, Kelly Salisbury (Josh Baker), Nicole Thorpe (Christopher), Lisa Cornelius, and Holly Stoyanovich, along with great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM and a reception from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Burial will occur at 2:30 PM at Glendale Funeral Home & Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
