ROBERT JAMES DUFF BRODIE
Robert James Duff Brodie passed away on February 1, 2026, at the age of 81. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, on November 20, 1944, Robert immigrated to Toronto with his family in 1949. He earned a Degree in Science from the University of Toronto and completed a Chartered Accountancy Designation. Robert married Heather, his wife of 52 years, and they settled in Uxbridge, where they raised two daughters. He is survived by Heather, daughters Emily and Aline, grandsons Tommy, Charlie, James, William, Benjamin, and Patrick, sister Margaret, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by his father, Robert; mother, Alice; and brother, Scott. Relatives and friends are invited to call at LOW & LOW FUNERAL HOME UXBRIDGE on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Interment will take place in the spring. Donations may be made to the Uxbridge Hospital Foundation in Robert's memory.
