Dr. Jack Borris Melnyck

Dr. Jack Borris Melnyck passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the age of 82, at Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry. Born on October 11, 1943, in St. Catharines, ON, Jack was predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Anne Melnyck. He is survived by his brother, Nelson, and his wife Bev, along with his three beloved children, Rick, Marla and her husband Andy, and Laura and her husband Tim. He will also be missed by his three grandchildren, Matthew, Brooke, and Olivia, and many dear friends. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
