DOUGLAS YAKE

Douglas Yake passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026, at the age of 94, while residing at Reachview Village Long Term Care. He is survived by his children, Hugh and his wife Katrina, Janis and her husband Tony, Marie, and Murray. Douglas is also survived by his siblings, Watson, Earl, Muriel, Allan and his wife Harmina, and Geoff. He was predeceased by his daughter, Julie-Anne. Douglas will be remembered as a loving grandpa to 10 grandchildren and great-grandpa to 8. A private family service will be held at the Uxbridge Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to LOW & LOW FUNERAL HOME UXBRIDGE.
