BETTY JOYCE MARSON

Betty Joyce Marson passed away on April 13, 2026, at the age of 93. Born in Toronto on March 5, 1933, she lived most of her life there. After retiring from Bell Canada in 1993, Betty enjoyed volunteering with the Telephone Pioneers Club. She also enjoyed travelling, singing, and listening to music, and especially loved spending time at her cottage in Balm Beach. Betty is survived by her brother, Paul, and his wife, Marlene; niece, Sharon Butchart, and her husband, Paul; nephew, Carl Marson, and his wife, Judy; great-nieces and nephews, Sara and her husband, Cam, Daniel and his wife, Shelby, and Caitlyn; and great-great-nephews, James and Blake. She was predeceased by her parents, Vera and Edward Marson, and her nephew, Richard Marson. The family extends their gratitude to the staff at Douglas Crossing, particularly the Memory Care Staff, for their love and support over the years.
