Robert Holmes

Robert Holmes of Trenton, Ontario, passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on June 4, 1936, he was predeceased by his beloved wife, Elaine Holmes (Thompson), as well as his children, Bruce and Kelly-Anne, and his siblings, Arthur, Joyce Gallagher, Richard Holmes, and Marg Percy. Robert is survived by his children, Kerry (Bonnie), Greg (Laura), Don (Lola), and Sean (Denise), along with his sister, Helen Beach (late Dave). He also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation took place on August 30, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM at Hannah Funeral Home in Tamworth. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
