Kathleen Weiss

The family announces the passing of Kathleen Weiss of Trenton, Ontario, on October 8, 2026. Born on February 25, 1932, Kathleen was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout her life. She was predeceased by her husband, Eldon Weiss; her daughter, Donna Jean; and her parents, Lester Hughes and Gertrude Hughes. Kathleen is survived by her children, Deborah Grouchy (Joe Oram), Darlene Weiss (Akira), Darren Weiss, and Daniel Weiss (Lisa); her grandchildren, Robert, Christopher (Lexi), Hanna, Lindsey, and Erica; and her siblings, Marjorie Millard (late Marvin Millard), Gerald, Don, Kenneth, and Gordon. Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weaver Family Funeral Home, located at 29 Bay St, Trenton, ON K8V1H2. A funeral Mass took place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Peter's Catholic Church, located at 140 Dundas St W, Trenton, ON K8V4Y2. A reception followed on the same day from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Weaver Family Funeral Home. Donations to St. Peter's Catholic Church or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
