William Walter David Gale

William Walter David Gale of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 70. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane, and their children, Alannah (Mat), Jason (Emily), and Sean. William was also a cherished grandfather to Wesley, Mylah, Miles, and Jameson. He is remembered by his parents, William Gale and Mary Tweedale, as well as his siblings, Hugh (Linda) and Jane. William's kindness and warmth touched the lives of many, and he will be deeply missed by family, friends, and colleagues. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel, located at 2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a reception from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital.
