Virginia Medeiros

Virginia Medeiros of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on July 29, 1938, she is remembered fondly by her family and friends. Virginia was predeceased by her husband, José Júlio, and her son, Victor. She is survived by her daughter, Susan; daughter-in-law, Cathy (Victor); grandchildren, Christopher, Victoria, Daniel, and Skye (Joseph); and her beloved pet, Pablo. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Cardinal Funeral Home, located at 366 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5T 2S6. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, followed by burial at Prospect Cemetery at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Virginia's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Society, or Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care.
