Stephen Joseph DesRoches

The family announces the passing of Stephen Joseph DesRoches on September 3, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on September 8, 1946, Stephen is remembered for the many relationships he nurtured throughout his life. He was predeceased by his brothers, Ivan and Edwin. Stephen is survived by his wife, Chris; daughters, Rhonda (Rob) and Tina (Cornelius); and grandchildren, Royal, Serena, Stephanie, Findlay, and Bodhi. He is also survived by his siblings, Judy and James, as well as sisters-in-law, Theresa and Eileen. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, both at Ridley Funeral Home, located at 3080 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke, ON M8V1K3. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice or through local blood donor clinics.
