Rosemary Brigid McCabe of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on October 14, 2026, at the age of 101. Born on November 8, 1924, she is remembered by her family and friends. Rosemary was predeceased by her parents, Herbert Conlin and Mary Conlin; her husband, Peter John (Jack); her granddaughter, Ashley; her great-grandchild, Tiffany; and her daughter-in-law, Jane. She is survived by her children: Anne (Brian Spencer), Joe (Nancy), Mike (Sharon), Liz, Paul, Rosemary (Jim Simandl), Steve (Nancy), Jody (Bryan Kelly), and Martha (Brady Irwin). Additionally, she leaves behind her grandchildren: Andrew (Anne-Marie), Patrick (Andrea), Matthew, Michael (Courtney), Tim (Monika), Carolyn (Jay), Jeffrey (Gillian), Allison (Bryan), Martha (Kendra), Mollie (Jordan), Lizzie, Danielle (JP), Jody, Kristine (Andrew), Caitlin (Michael), Kylie (Jesse), Megan (Peter), Shannon (Eamonn), Ryan (Emilie), James (Lauren), Kate (Kurt), Madeline (Derek), Will (Jess), Peter (Paige), Sarah (Tristan), Sean, Rowan (Jane), Jack (Tatiana), Camille (Justin), Rory (Ryea), and Thomas. Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kane-Jerrett North York Funeral Home, located at 6191 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M2M4K4. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2026, at 10:30 AM at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 75 Churchill Ave, North York, ON M2N 1Y9. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant House Toronto.
