Rita Carusi

The family of Rita Carusi of Toronto, Ontario, announces her passing on September 22, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on May 29, 1954, Rita is fondly remembered by family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was predeceased by her parents, Luciano and Elena Carusi, and her brother Philip. Rita is survived by her siblings, Lucy (Joe) and John (Karen), along with her nieces and nephews, Daniel (Amy), Nicole (Steve), Michael (Amy), and Stephen. Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, located at 211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6. A funeral Mass will follow at 9:00 AM in the Chapel of St. Joseph at the same location. Friends and family are invited to express their condolences in the guestbook and may light a candle in Rita's honor.
