Rayburn Elizabeth Veary

Rayburn Elizabeth Veary of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on October 5, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband Paul, her stepgrandson Brett, and her sisters Phyllis, Denise, and Patricia. Rayburn is survived by her children Diane (Andy), Brian, Tom, Suzanne (Tim), and Robert (the late Carolyn); her grandchildren Paul, Erin, Sarah, Laura, Sean, and Beth; her stepgrandchildren Michelle, Rachel, and Evan; her great-grandchild Tessa; and her siblings Howard and Kay. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, located at 1939 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1R2Y8. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Bonaventure's Catholic Church, situated at 1300 Leslie St, North York, ON M3C2J7. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Rayburn's memory to Better Living Health and Community Services in Don Mills, where she enjoyed activities and friendships during her later years.
