PAUL A. HAYES, B.GEN. (Ret'd), OMM CD, passed away on March 29, 2026, at the age of 92. Born on May 28, 1933, in Toronto, Paul began his formal military training at age 17. He was predeceased by his son, Geoffrey, and is survived by his devoted wife, Wendy Austin, son, Jason (Kerri), and grandkids, Aidan, Nate, and Ellen. Paul's ashes will be scattered over a now unused tarmac. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Highland Markham Cremation & Reception Centre.
