Norma (Zoratto) Elpi

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Norma (Zoratto) Elpi, who departed this life on September 19, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on June 20, 1941, in Schumacher, Ontario, Norma is remembered fondly by her family and friends for the joy she brought into their lives. She was predeceased by her parents, Alicia Collovati and Giovanni Elpi. Norma is survived by her son John and daughter-in-law Silvana, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Christina and John-Paul. Visitation will take place on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, located at 211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6. A funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM on September 29, 2026, at the Chapel of St. Joseph within the same funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Norma may be made to Operation Smile.
