MAY WILSON

May Burnley Wilson (nee Brooks) passed away peacefully and comfortably, with family around her, on May 12, 2026. She was the beloved wife of her late soulmate, Derek, and devoted mother of Linda, Debbie (Gerry) and Karen (Mark). May was a proud and special grandmother to Nicole (Matt), Ryan (Sarah), Derek (Gus), Stephanie (Annie), Sara (Issy) and, honourarily, to Matt Blair. She was also fortunate to have had wonderful great-grandchildren, Maeve and Nora. May was the dear sister to Trevor, June and Terrence, and a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was the loving daughter of Arthur and Brookie. May was an alumna of Trinity College, Dublin. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at York Funeral Centre, 160 Beecroft Road, Toronto. Donations, if desired, are suggested to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. May was predeceased by her husband, Derek.
