Mary Ann was deeply loved by her husband, Paul O'Neill, and her parents, Thomas and Frances Meagher. Her presence will be greatly missed, but the impact she had on those around her will endure. A funeral Mass in her honor will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Holy Name Parish, located at 71 Gough Ave, Toronto, ON M4K3N9. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Ann's name to the St. Michael's Hospital Palliative Unit.
