Mariano Savaglio of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on October 24, 2026. He is survived by his children, Luisa (Peter Ciardulli) and Giuseppe (Ruba), his grandchildren, Julia, Luca, Giancarlo, and Gabriele, as well as his sisters, Maria Savaglio and Emilia Pincente. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bernardo Funeral Homes, located at 2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM at St. Fidelis Church, 33 Connie St, Toronto, ON M6L2H8. In memory of Mariano, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
