Maria Lucchetta of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on October 21, 2026, at the age of 90. She is survived by her daughters, Marilena, Francesca, and Diana, as well as her grandchildren, Adrian, Samantha, Jonah, Sarah, and Aedan. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Weston Chapel, located at 2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N1X7. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location, followed by a burial at Riverside Cemetery, 1567 Royal York Rd, Toronto, ON M9P3C4, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Breast Cancer Society.
