Margaret (Peggy) Bridget Leahy

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret (Peggy) Bridget Leahy in Toronto, Ontario, on October 2, 2026, at the age of 94. Margaret was deeply loved and will be missed by her family and friends. She was the daughter of William and Nora Morris and the beloved wife of Desmond Leahy. Margaret is survived by her children, Michael (Linda), Ann (Pearse), and Paul (Michelle), as well as her cherished grandchildren, Daniel (Catherine), Ciaran (Deborah), Michael, Liam, and Alexandra (Jackson), and great-grandchildren Brady, Finn, and Charlie. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Centre. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, followed by burial at Mount Hope Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael's Foundation.
