(Margaret) Joan Cassidy

(Margaret) Joan Cassidy passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 1, 2026, at the age of 90. She is survived by her husband, Jack Cassidy, with whom she shared more than 63 years of marriage. She is also survived by her daughters, Daphne Jill Jaques (Ken) and Sue Cassidy (Jody Prentice), and her grandchildren, Angus, Ryan (Megan), Meg (Andrew), Heather (Gregor), and Jamie. She was a new great-grandmother to Nora and Sullivan. She was predeceased by her son, Ian Macknight (Ann), and her siblings, Roland and Debbie. She is survived by her siblings, David, Gail, Garth, and Mark, and many extended family members. (Margaret) Joan Cassidy will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and dedication to those she loved.
