Luigi Bevacqua

Luigi Bevacqua of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 91. He was born on December 31, 1934. Luigi is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Teresa, and his sister Angelina. He is survived by his beloved wife Norina, his daughters Maria Yuskoski (Mark) and Elena Altimari (Carmen), and his grandchildren Peter Yuskoski (Christina), Matthew Yuskoski (Stephanie), Jessica Altimari-Natale (Massimo), and Jason Altimari (Alessia). He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren Matteo, Bella, Grayson, Domenic, and Isla, as well as his siblings Carmine, Francesco, Marietta, and Adelina. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at O'Connor Bros. Chapel, located at 50 Overlea Blvd, East York, ON M4H1B6. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Brigid's Parish, 300 Wolverleigh Blvd, Toronto, ON M4C1S6. Following the Mass, an entombment will occur at 11:30 AM at Westminster Cemetery, 5830 Bathurst St, North York, ON M2R3G5. In lieu of flowers, donations in Luigi's memory may be made to Michael Garron Hospital or St. Brigid's Parish, with the family choosing to direct donations to Michael Garron Hospital.
