KANTA SINGH

Kanta Singh passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026, at the age of 87. Born in 1939, she was a dedicated nurse who worked in Toronto's hospitals for nearly four decades. She is survived by her children, Deepa and Jaggi, and joins her loved ones in heaven, including her parents, sister Chandra, brother Mithlesh, brother Paul, and other family members. Kanta was a proud member of the ONA and continued to serve and volunteer after retirement. She was buried on February 6th, with her children present. Her remains rest at Mount Pleasant.
