John Taylor MILES

Dr. John Taylor Miles passed away on July 15, 2026, at the age of 80, following a courageous battle with pneumonia. Born on March 2, 1946, in Toronto, John was predeceased by his parents, Harold Williams Miles and Ruth Taylor Miles, and his sister, Linda 'Nin' Miles Ingram. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Shelly; daughter, Jessica; stepdaughters, Lindsey and Shannon; grandchildren, Lennon, Conor, Rowan, Emily, Alexandra, and Jack; and sister, Kathryn. John had a distinguished medical career, specializing in vascular surgery, and spent most of his career at Trillium Health Partners, where he served as Chief of Staff. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trillium Health Partners or Stedman Community Hospice. The family extends gratitude to the staff at Levante Charlotte Villa, Brantford General Hospital, and Stedman Community Hospice for their compassionate care.
