Jeremy was cherished by many, including his parents, Joanna (Walko) Fortier and Gordon Shand, his late father Bob Fortier, his partner Lauren Richard, his aunt Krystina Walko, his late uncle Michel, cousins Rafal Bartkiewicz, Piotr Bartkiewicz, and Ludwik Bartkiewicz, as well as the Richard, Meehan, and MacDonald families, along with numerous friends and colleagues. He will be deeply missed, and his memory will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who knew him.
