Jean Elizabeth Owens (nee Perkins) passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on July 20, 1932, Jean was a vibrant and adventurous individual who enjoyed playing bridge, watching sports, and traveling. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank, who passed away in 2019, and her son, Frank James, who passed away in 2022. Jean is survived by her children, Janice, Michael, Bill, and Susie Holubek, as well as her brother, Neil, sister, Carol Stell, and sister-in-law, Dorothy Steadman. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private service and celebration of life have taken place.
