Gwendolyn Smith

Gwendolyn Smith of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on September 9, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on November 30, 1932, Gwendolyn shared her life with family, friends, and colleagues, leaving a lasting impact on those around her. She is survived by her parents, Frederick Smith and Emily Smith, as well as her nieces and nephews: Glenna Walkden (Dave), Cheryl Ruffolo (Steve), Danny Smith (Linda), and David Smith (Shirley). Gwendolyn was also cherished by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family. A burial service will take place on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM at Prospect Cemetery, located at 1450 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1C6. The family kindly requests that donations be made to Dundas County Hospice, with a note to notify the family included with any gifts.
