George Rombis

The family of George Rombis announces his passing on October 1, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on March 5, 1945, George was deeply loved by his parents, Peter and Paraskevi Rombis, his wife Helen, and his daughters Pearl (Marcus), Nancy, and Vassi. He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Kaitlyn, Alexia, Lily, Julia, Kristen, and Tyler, as well as by numerous relatives and friends. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Highland Funeral Home - Scarborough, located at 3280 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, followed by burial at Elgin Mills Cemetery.
