FREDA GEBERT

Freda Gebert passed peacefully at home on February 8, 2026, at the age of 91. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Ed, who died in 2013, and her granddaughter, Carley, who died in 2010. Freda is survived by her sons, Jeffrey and his wife Michelle Bolhuis, and Gregory and his wife Pascale-Claude Dufour; her goddaughter, Donna and her husband Graham Beck; her grandchildren, Alyssa and her husband Joel Drewry, and David; and her great-grandchildren, Hank and Mackenzie. She is also survived by her sister, Mary and her husband Paul, and her sister-in-law, Betty and her husband Keith Bird, and Sharron and her husband Phil Gebert. Freda was predeceased by her brother, Don, who was married to Gloria Clandinin. The family will receive friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, located at 4164 Sheppard Ave. E. in Toronto, on Tuesday, February 17th, from 2 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
