Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home - West Toronto Chapel, located at 1273 Weston Rd, York, ON M6M4R2. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM, also at the Scott Funeral Home. Frank will be laid to rest at Beechwood Cemetery, with burial occurring from 1:45 PM to 2:15 PM on the same day. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
