Born on September 18, 1937, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Frances Ann is survived by her children, Virgilio (Kelly), Heather (John), and Michelle, as well as her grandchildren, Monica, Natasha, Matthew, and Rachel. She was also cherished by her extended family, including nieces and nephews. Visitation took place on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Jerrett Funeral Home, located at 1141 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1B1, followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM on the same day. Flowers are welcome, and condolences may be shared with the family.
