Elizabeth Gertrude Gallagher

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Elizabeth Gertrude Gallagher in Toronto, Ontario. Elizabeth was born on February 6, 1939, and she passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 87. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank Powell and Mary Powell; her husband, Raymond Gallagher; her son, Tony Gallagher; her siblings, Fred Powell, Don Powell, Alex Powell, Margaret Powell, and Edith Tibbitts; as well as her siblings-in-law, Arlene Powell and John Tibbitts. Elizabeth is survived by her siblings, Barbara Hutchings (George Hutchings) and Joe Powell (Norma Powell); her sister-in-law, Alison Powell; her son, Christopher Gallagher (Jana Gallagher); her grandchildren, Patrick and Stella Gallagher; her daughter-in-law, Erica Gallagher; her daughters, Erin and Catherine Gillingham (Maurice Gillingham); and her grandchildren, Emily and Liam Gillingham. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Carnell's Chapel. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page.
