Ekaterini Nikolakakis

Ekaterini Nikolakakis of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 82. She is survived by her beloved husband, Andreas, her children, George and Helen (Joe), and her cherished grandchildren, Iolanda (Simon), Katherine (Rory), and Zachary. Ekaterini will be remembered for her kindness and the warmth she brought to those around her. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Cathedral, located at 136 Sorauren Ave, Toronto, ON M6R2E4. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with burial at Mardi Riverside Cemetery from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Annunciation of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Cathedral and a children's charity, reflecting Ekaterini's dedication to spreading joy.
