DR. MICHAEL PAUL FIGUEROA FRALICK, MD, PhD, MS, FRCPC

Dr. Michael Paul Figueroa Fralick, MD, PhD, MS, FRCPC, passed away on February 1, 2026, at the age of 39. He was an adored husband to Brittany Rose Lostracco and a loving father to Hailey Rose Lostracco Fralick. Dr. Fralick was the beloved son of Dr. Richard Fralick and Nancy Figueroa, and the idolized older brother to James Fralick. He was also a cherished younger brother to Dr. John Fralick and his wife, Dr. Kimber Thornton. Dr. Fralick is survived by his in-laws, Robert and Patricia Lostracco, Robin Lostracco and Mark Tracey, and Rebecca and Chris McArthur. He will be deeply missed by his friends and family, including his niece and nephews, Arlynn, Logan, Emilia, and Will. Dr. Fralick was born in Scarborough and grew up by the Scarborough Bluffs. He attended Fairmount Jr. Public School, where he excelled in science fairs and school plays. Dr. Fralick graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Science and later received his MD from the University of Toronto in 2012. He specialized in General Internal Medicine and became Chief Medical Resident at St. Michael's Hospital in 2015. Private services will be held.
