Diega Culmone

Diega Culmone passed away on October 6, 2026. She is survived by her loving family, including her parents, Giuseppe Falzone and Giuseppina Randazzo; her husband, Melchiorre Culmone; her children, Connie (Alberto), Vito (Nancy), Joe (Antonella), and Josie (Casey); her grandchildren, Patrizia, Marco, Michael (Alexandra), Emily (Scott), Joshua, Madelin, Tristan, and Simon; and her great-grandchildren, Alex, Daniel, and Vivian. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home, located at 7300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the same location. In lieu of flowers, donations in Diega's memory may be made to the UHN Foundation.
