DEBORAH ANNE (DEBBIE) JAMISON
DEBORAH ANNE (DEBBIE) JAMISON passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, surrounded by family, at the age of 74. Born on July 11, 1951, Debbie is survived by her loving brothers, Mark (Carol) and Peter (Lucy). She was a proud aunt to Kevin, Ashley, Christopher, and Sam, who will miss her dearly. Debbie was raised by Kenneth and Barbara Jamison in Toronto, where she attended Vincent Massey Collegiate Institute in Etobicoke. She began her career with CIBC, retiring after 35 years of service, and then dedicated her time to volunteering through Islington United Church, including working as a Crisis Call Centre operator at TeleHealth, assisting the elderly, and helping refugees settle in Canada. Debbie will be fondly remembered by friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews for her humour, fierce loyalty, kindness, empathy, and infectious inspirational spirit, and for her unwavering devotion to her relationship with Jesus Christ, her Lord and Saviour. The family extends their gratitude to the staff of the CCU at Trillium Health Partners - Mississauga Hospital for their incredible patience, attention, kindness, and support. Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter – Butler Chapel on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Islington United Church at 11:00 a.m.
