DEANE DAPRATO

DEANE DAPRATO, born June 1, 1998, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, surrounded by his loving parents, Mark Daprato and Ijeoma Ross, as well as his best friend and sister, Rayne. In his nearly 28 years, Deane brought joy and laughter to everyone around him, whether he was skiing, tubing, attending concerts, or cheering for the Raptors. He was a founding member of Let's Grow Learning and Living Hub, dedicated to supporting disabled young adults in his community. His strength and resilience over the past four years inspired many, including his grandmother, Marjorie Ross, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, teachers, nurses, and doctors. The family will hold a time to share memories on March 22nd at Rosedale Presbyterian Church, starting at 2:00 p.m., with a service to follow at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Let's Grow at letsgrowhub.com/donate.
