CHRISTOPHER PAUL KENALTY
Christopher Paul Kenalty was born in Toronto on June 21, 1949, to Ruth and Ken Kenalty. He passed away peacefully at home on February 19, 2026, in the arms of his soulmate, Miriam, and his devoted best friend, Bogey. He will be deeply missed by his children, Rex and Zoey, grandchildren of his daughter, Vanessa and her husband, Dave, as well as his close Kenalty family members, business associates, and many friends whose lives he touched. He was an entrepreneur from the age of fifteen, building not only successful ventures but lasting relationships. He was a mentor to many, always generous with his time, wisdom, and encouragement. He spoke about his experiences with such humility, often unaware of how compelling his stories were to those listening. His energy was contagious, his kindness genuine, and his rare ability to connect with people from all walks of life left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He lived an exceptional life, rich in adventure, love, and purpose. He shared a depth of love that few are fortunate enough to experience, and he gave that love freely. The lesson he leaves with us is simple and profound: life is a precious gift — cherish it, live it to its fullest, and never take it for granted. He lived with a beautiful urgency, never putting life off until tomorrow, always ready to go right now. He will forever be remembered for his love of anything powered by a motor, the wind in his hair, and the joy of 'top down' weather. He built businesses, friendships, and a remarkable life — but in the end, he knew all you need is love. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local wildlife rescue in his honour. A celebration of Chris's life will be held when boating season returns and the sun is shining — just the way he would have wanted.
